I&#8217;d always ask her &#8220;1 lump or 2 of sugar&#8221; (even though we did not use lump sugar). As I grew up cooking and baking was something I always did. I&#8217;d make cookies and other desserts for my younger sister and brother. A lot of them came from another favorite cookbook published by Imperial Sugar called &#8220;<em>My First Cookbook&#8221;.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">One of our favorites &#8211; Roly Pollies, otherwise known as snickerdoodles.
